HOW CAN I WATCH THE CLASSES?

To watch the classes, you have multiple options. You can either access the recorded classes or participate in the live sessions using your computer, smartphone, or even stream them directly to your TV.

Any class works! Choose the one that suits your schedule best, or try a different style every time. Our classes accommodate all levels, so you should feel comfortable trying any of them.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT?

We mainly offer 30-minute classes, which you can take during your busy schedule. Some people work out twice a day, others just 3 times a week. Do whatever works for you! We recommend an average of 3-4 classes a week.

CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH THE TRAINERS DIRECTLY?

Absolutely!   You can chat with them at any time whenever you have any questions, concerns, or if you just want to say hello. Our trainers are here for you - This is all about the personal touch.   You will be surprised how online can be personal.

CAN I JOIN A CLASS WITH MY CAMERA BEING TURNED OFF?

You can decide to turn your camera off or on. No pressure at all. You will see that over time you will feel comfortable to turn your camera on. We are all women, no judgment, only positive vibes.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PROGRAMS AND THE ONGOING CLASSES?

On top of our ongoing classes, we also offer PROGRAMS with very specific goals. Programs that will help you manage age-related changes in your body in just one place. (Hot flashes, Poor sleep, Peeing when sneezing, Painful sex, Balance problems, Osteoporosis) We've got a solution for you! As an Ola Ka Ola member, you can select any class on the platform and join in. Even if you’re not part of a specific program. If there's a live class that you want to take, simply register. However, if you do wish to take part in one of the programs from start to finish, we recommend starting from the very beginning in order to actually see particular results. Otherwise, you’re free to choose any class on the platform as a member and join in!

FOR HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CORE & PELVIC FLOOR RESTORE PROGRAM?

The Pelvic Floor Restore program consists of 4 phases. Each phase has its dedicated on-demand library, live sessions with our specialists and Q&A session for you to ask questions and to receive all the support you need in order to improve your Pelvic Floor dysfunction.
