It's Never Too Late To Get Toned Arms & A Six Pack

Ola Ka Ola trainer, Aggy Sapienza (61), with over 30 years of experience in the industry developed a successful Abs Program for midlife women with a proven track record of 100% success

Aggy Sapienza, a fitness instructor for over 30 years inspired so many women in her career to reach their fitness goals and change their lives. Now at the age of 61, after becoming a grandmother to her first grandchild, Aggy says she has never been more fit in her life, and she's loving every moment of it.
Three years ago, however, when covid hit, things looked quite different for her. After teaching fitness classes at St. John's University and at the local gym, Aggy had to find a creative way to keep her business alive.
Not long after everything has been shut down, St. John's asked if she could teach her classes virtually. She immediately said yes, even though it meant going virtual. Something she had never tried before.
Her virtual classes were a huge success. Alumni, students, and staff all joined to the point she had over 100 participants in one class. "I taught daily, but when the semester at St. John's ended, so did the fitness classes, and luckily that's when I discovered Ola Ka Ola", says Aggy.

The idea for the famous Abs program that impacted so many women on Ola Ka Ola, came up during one of her ongoing full-body classes in Ola Ka Ola when a few women suggested they did an ab challenge together. As a result, Aggy developed a special program that every woman could easily do, for just a few minutes a day, and really succeed.
"I asked them to give me 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week for a month. After only 30 days, they all saw incredible results." Aggy happily reveals her secret weapon, "I am using weights when doing abs." she says. "I figured if you can sculpt your arms with weights, why not your abs? And I was right, It works. My abs have never been in better shape than now. And I'm 61!"

Whether she teaches her abs program or her ongoing classes on Ola Ka Ola, Aggy is known for her funny classes which are always full of good stories she tells. Her participants join in to listen to her stories and time goes by so quickly that they don't even realize they have been working out the whole time.
"I love seeing our members join my classes with their PJs on, or during vacation or even during lunch breaks at work. We are all like one big family".

Little did she know that her participants will even be the first to know she had become a grandmother for the first time, as she received the news during her 6 AM class. "I am so happy we were able to get this on camera. Seeing everyone cheering for me during this happy moment was the best. Where else can you get this?"

Aggy's Abs program has been successfully running on the Ola Ka Ola platform for over 2 years. Not long ago Sapienza paired the Abs Program with a 15-minute Arms Workout and created the popular Arms & Abs Program.
