With over 30 years of experience in fitness, Aggy built Ola Ka Ola because she couldn't find a program that truly worked for women over 40. Her philosophy is simple: it's not complicated, and it shouldn't be. At 62, she leads by example every single day - strong, energetic, and proof that the best years are ahead. Aggy created the Let's Start program to give every woman the confident beginning she deserves.
